A. SUBJECT

The Company's strong commitment to the protection of the confidentiality of personal data of the Users of its Website and the controlled use of cookies, is illustrated through this "Cookie Policy", as required by the European Union Regulation No. 2016/679 ("GDPR") and related applicable legislation on the processing of personal data. This Cookie Policy, which is an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (available in the "C&T" section of the Site) has been drafted so that any User (i.e. the "Interested Party") can be usefully informed about the cookies that may be installed on his/her terminal (smartphone, tablet and computer) and the use that may be made of them, but also how they may be activated or deactivated depending on the User's choices. The cookies issued by the Company or its partners are used for the purposes described in this Cookie Policy; the User can deactivate the cookies in the table below by clicking on the links indicated or, in the case of third-party cookies, by accessing the notices and consent forms of those third parties.

1. What are "Cookies?"

When you consult the Site and our Services (which may include possible advertising content), with your Internet browsing software, information relating to the path of your terminal (smartphone, tablet and computer) may be stored in "cookies" which are then installed on your terminal and/or your Internet browser. A "cookie" is a text file that allows its issuer, during its period of validity, to recognize the relevant terminal whenever this terminal accesses a digital content of the same issuer. 2. How are these cookies used?

2e - Third-party applications integrated with the Site and Services:

2f - Third-party content disseminated in our advertising space:

The advertising content (graphics, animations, videos, etc.) disseminated in our advertising spaces may contain cookies issued by third parties: the advertiser at the origin of the advertising content in question or a third party company to the advertiser (communication consulting company, audience measurement company, targeted advertising provider, etc.), which has associated a cookie with an advertiser's advertising content. 2g - How are Cookies that accompany our advertising content disseminated by third parties used?

When you access a site, service or application that contains advertising spaces displaying one of our advertisements, the latter may contain a cookie, which may, subject to your choice, be recorded in your terminal and allow us to recognize the navigator of your terminal, and this, during the validity period of the cookie in question. Cookies embedded in our advertisements disseminated by third parties are used for the purposes described below. Functions:

  • Counting the number of views and activations of our advertising content disseminated on third-party sites/services/applications, identifying this content and these sites/services/applications, determining the number of users who clicked on each content;
  • Calculation of amounts due to the actors in the advertising dissemination chain (communication agency, advertising agency, dissemination site/support) and compilation of related statistics;
  • Optimization of the presentation of the Site and Services to which our advertising content leads on your terminal (language used, display resolution, operating system used, type of terminal used, location data with your prior agreement) during your visits to the Site and Services.

2h - What happens in case of shared use of a terminal?

If your terminal is used by more than one person or even if the same terminal has more than one navigation software, we cannot assure you with certainty that the services and advertisements intended for your terminal correspond to your own personal use of this terminal and not to that of another user.

2i - Managing your Cookies?

Several options are available for managing your Cookies. Note that any settings you might select may change your browsing and access conditions to certain sites and services that necessarily require the use of cookies.

B - WHAT COOKIES DO WE USE?

We use technical cookies for the purposes specified in 2a, in addition, with your consent, we use audience measurement and behavioral analysis cookies, also from third parties, for the purposes specified in 2b, among them Google analytics and Google adwords (retention period 24 months), Inspectlet (retention period until the User closes the session).
